Unfortunately, we only ship Australia wide at the moment. Please send an email to ellie@kylersjewellery.com if you would be interested in us expanding internationally.

Returns

We accept returns for a refund, exchanges or store credit if it is returned within 14 days. Please note that returns are only accepted if:

• The item is in unworn, brand new condition (no marks or scratches) with original packaging
• The item was not purchased in a sale

Earrings are not eligible for a refund/return/exchange/change of mind due to hygiene reasons.

All returns are shipped at your own cost.
