Your Ring, in Three Simple Steps
01. Dream It
Tell us what you’re imagining, your preferred budget and the details that matter most to you.
You might arrive with a complete vision, a collection of inspiration photos or simply the feeling you want your ring to capture. We’ll help you explore your options and guide you through stone shapes, metals, settings and design details without overwhelming you.
Your initial consultation is completely complimentary.
02. Design It
Once we’ve refined your design direction, we’ll have the drafted design quoted and send the pricing through for you to review. If you’re happy with the quote, we’ll then create a detailed CAD - a digital mock-up that allows you to see your ring from multiple angles before it’s made. You can request refinements until every detail feels completely right.
Once the design is approved, you can choose how involved you’d like to be in selecting your stone. If you’d love to compare the options yourself, let us know and we’ll send through a carefully sourced selection that meets your specifications and budget. Otherwise, you can leave it with us and we’ll select the best-quality stone available within your agreed preferences and price range.
There’s no payment required until you’re happy with the final design and ready to proceed. A 50% non-refundable deposit then secures your stone and begins production.
03. Bring It to Life
Once approved, your piece is individually crafted by our trusted specialists.
Your ring is set, finished and taken through our nine-step quality-assurance process before you receive photographs and videos of the final piece. Once the remaining balance has been paid, your jewellery will be beautifully packaged and prepared for collection or insured delivery.
And then comes the best part - it becomes part of your story.

Your CAD allows you to view the proportions, setting and design from multiple angles before production begins.
This is where we refine details such as:

CAD designs appear more solid and less delicate than the finished jewellery because they are technical production drawings. We’ll explain how each detail will translate into the final piece and make sure you feel confident before approving it.
