How Custom Orders Work
1. Send your idea/photo + metal choice + size for a free quote
2. If you choose to go ahead, we create 3D images (CAD) for your approval with unlimited revisions
3. Once you approve the images, a 50% deposit is required
4. We will commence production once we receive your deposit into our account (can take up to 3 business days)
3. Jewellery is completed in 17-40 days and we send final photos before requesting the final 50% payment
6. Shipping or pickup is then available

Care Guide
Avoid chemical solutions, perfumes, excessive sweat and chlorinated pool water. Chlorine can damage and discolour metals that are alloyed with the gold and can slowly erode the finish and polish of gemstones. Moisturisers and sprays create a film on the jewellery, making it dull and discoloured.
To keep any tarnish or wear from setting in, take a soft, damp cleaning cloth (comes with jewellery) and gently wipe off the surfaces of the jewellery, being sure to get in all the nooks and crannies. Excessive moisture is the main factor that speeds up the tarnishing process.
Store your jewellery in the handmade pouch or box that comes with your purchase. Each item should be kept in its own felt bag/box to avoid the metals scratching on other pieces.

Returns
We accept returns for a refund, exchanges or store credit if it is returned within 14 days. Please note that returns are only accepted if:
- The item is in unworn, brand new condition (no marks or scratches) with original packaging
- The item was not purchased in a sale
Earrings are not eligible for a refund/return/exchange/change of mind due to hygiene reasons.
